Respected Sir/Madam, I want to do Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from Apollo College of Nursing. Can you please let me know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission in this college for this course?

The minimum eligibility required to apply for Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery in Apollo College of Nursing is that you must have 10+2 level of education in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized educational board with a minimum aggregate score of 40%.

The course duration of Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or GNM is of 3 year 6 months. The duration includes 3 years of academic studies and 6 months of internship.


The admission to the Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery in Apollo College of Nursing is on the basis of entrance examination conducted by Apollo College of Nursing followed by Interview.

You should have passed two years pre-university examination or 10+2 or equivalent with at least 35% marks from any recognized institute/university.

You must have attained 17 years of age on or before at the time of admission.

Admissions are made on the basis of merit of previous qualifying examination.
