Hello sir, What is the eligibility criteria to take admission in full time Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development course at IGNOU? When should I apply for it?

ELIGIBILITY: For Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development course candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

** Minimum Duration is one years and Maximum Duration is four years.

** Course Fee: Rs. 2,000

** Minimum Age = No bar and Maximum Age = No bar

As per my knowledge, the date of issue of application form for Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development course is first week of April 2017.
