Eligibility to study distance Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for a 48 years old Mechanical Supervisor who have done ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning around 32 years ago?

Sir, I have done ITI in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning of 2 years around 32 years ago. Now, I am 48 years old and working as a Mechanical Supervisor in a private company. I want to do distance course of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Kindly tell me if I am eligible.
