Hi friends, I have applied for Kerala Polytechnic College Admission Test for admission in Diploma Engineering courses. I want to know about the pattern of this entrance examination. Can you please tell me the exam pattern of 2019?

Kerala Polytechnic Exam Pattern 2019:

The examination will have two papers. One for Physics and Chemistry together and other for Mathematics. Each examination paper will have 120 questions .

For each correct answer, 4 marks will be awarded and for each wrong answer, one mark will be deducted from the total score. If a candidate does not select any response for a question ask 20 marks.

The exam will be conducted in pen and paper based mode. The questions will usually consists of topics taught to students in their class 11th and 12th.

Examination pattern:

Duration of Exam: 150 minutes

Language of Exam: Hindi and English

Type of Questions: MCQs

Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be allotted for each correct answer.

Negative Marking: 0.25 mark
