I have completed diploma with ECE in 2013 and now I am working in production department, because I am a girl. So, I feel not safe my career in this department. So, now I want to get job in systematic department such as engineering & R&D. So, please tell me how I get it? (Jyoti Gupta)

To get a job in engineering or R&D Department. You must have to have degree in ECE.
Since you have completed diploma in ECE you should go and appear for LEET (Lateral Entry Examination Test) which is being conducted in few states only. Once you have appeared & cleared LEET you will get admission directly in 3rd semester of your engineering degree course.
