For doing diploma through correspondence you need to find appropriate college/university because number of institutions who offers diploma course through correspondence are few. So you need to find which is suitable for you.

Basically open university's like IGNOU will offer you such courses. Once you find appropriate university then simply fill form for admission and complete all admission related formalities. There is no need to give any entrance exam, admission will be done directly but you need to satisfy their minimum education qualification.
