i was an diploma final year student in electronics, how can i get into the iit, what test should i have to attend?

A student can’t get admission directly into IITs after diploma in the second year of B. Tech or B.E.
However, you can appear in IIT JEE examination after completion diploma of engineering or being last year of diploma. Through this examination you will be able to take admission in IIT in first year of engineering like a 12th pass students.

Hence you are suggest to prepare for JEE exam for getting admission in IIT.

There are some institutions that offers later entry with the direct admission into 2nd year of BTech for diploma holders. But so is not the case with the Indian institute of technology. In order to get admission in IIT after diploma, there is no provision for special entry and thus, students have to appear in the jee advanced examination which is the only way to get into IIT for undergraduate course in engineering.

°°° NO, you cannot join in IIT after completion of your 3 years diploma course because IITs does not offer lateral entry admission.
Only candidate who have completed 12th standard from a recognised board and those who had scored good rank in JEE mains and JEE advanced examination are eligible to apply for IIT admission.
Since you have not pursued 12th standard, being a diploma holder you cannot apply for admission in IIT.

°°° However, you can apply for lateral entry admission in other colleges which offer admission through lateral entry.
Through Lateral entry you will get admission directly in second year of B.Tech course.
