Re: Prospects of job or higher studies after completing diploma in electronics and communication?
After completion of your three years Diploma course in Electronics and Communication Engineering, you can pursue your higher studies in B.E/B.Tech course or you can do a job. If you are interested to pursue your higher studies, you can opt for B.E/B.Tech course by appearing in Lateral Entry examinations. Candidates who have completed three years Diploma course can get direct admission in second year of four years B.E/B.Tech course. If you are interested to do a job, you can find many job opportunities in both private and public sector companies.

You can either study B.E/B.Tech/open degree or do a job after your diploma. It is better to do job and simultaneously study Engineering or open degree.Doing a job helps you to get more experience and get good salary.By studying Engineering, you can be promoted to better position based on your qualification. It will also help you to prepare for other government jobs with Engineering as qualification. So,this option helps you to settle well in any situation.
