The requirement for undertaking a diploma course in Pharmacy is a candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics as compulsory subjects with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate for general category and for SC/ST candidates it is 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board. The minimum score may vary from college to college which you can check before applying to this course. Admission selection will be done on the basis of entrance examinations which are conducted by the universities or through state-level diploma entrance tests. Some institutes also offer direct admissions to these courses without conducting entrance examinations or state-level examinations.

°°° In order to pursue a diploma course in pharmacy, the candidate should have minimum age of 17 years in the year of admission and the candidate should have completed 10 + 2 or equivalent with science stream from a recognised institution with a minimum aggregate marks required at 50%.

°°° The admission to this course is mainly done on the basis of entrance examination that is conducted by the concerned university or college where you want to seek admission.

°°° If you have scored less than 50% in your intermediate then you have to apply for improvement exam, so that you can increase your score and then you can apply for entrance examination.
