After completion of your three years Diploma course in Agricultural Engineering, you can pursue your higher studies in Bachelor's degree courses like B.E/B.Tech Agricultural Engineering. To get admission in B.E/B.Tech Agricultural Engineering, you must have to appear in Lateral Entry examinations like LEET, ECET, JELET, etc., which is conducted by your respective state entrance examinations board. By qualifying the entrance examination, based upon your examination rank, you will be allotted a seat in a particular college and you can get admission in second year of four years Agricultural Engineering course.

Higher Cours Opportunities available after completion of Diploma in Agricultural Engineering:

As far as my best knowledge is concerned, Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Agriculture Engineering is the best course. Yes, we always know that B.E/ B.Tech in same stream would be very much better than all other courses after completion of Diploma in Engineering. After successful completion of B.E/ B.Tech in Agricultural Engineering, you may find better job opportunities in Agricultural based industries, Agricultural Engineering, Banking and in Farming. Some of the other career options available for you are Agri-Business, Seri-Culture, Conservation, Agricultural Research, Agricultural Education, Agricultural Services and in Tea Gardens.
