Whether Diploma course is sufficient to get Banking jobs for 12th Commerce student?


Hello Sir/Mam,
I have completed my 12th Commerce and my future plan is to join Banking job. So, please tell me about the Diploma course in Banking for me is sufficient for getting Banking jobs?

Generally Diploma candidates are not eligible to apply for Banking related recruitments. At the same time, candidates who have completed their 12th Class are also not eligible to appear in Banking related recruitments. The basic educational qualification required to be eligible for Bank Jobs is "Graduate Degree" or a Bachelor Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Even for doing "Diploma in Banking" course you need to do Graduation from a recognized university. Since Graduation is required either for Diploma in Banking course or for getting job in Banks you must have completed Graduate Degree. So I suggest you to first concentrate on doing Graduate Degree, so that you can apply for Banking Recruitments as well as for doing Diploma in Banking Course.
