I came from SC category and successfully secured seat for B.Tech course. I want to take an Education Loan. But I will get fee waive in the college because of my category. So, in this case I can apply Bank Education Loan?

You can approach any PSU bank with all your admission documents and apply for loan through an application form. Interest subsidy is available based on income of the family.

You can also get scholarship if you belong to some state like UP based on your category after getting admission in B.Tech at a recognized university.

Yes, you can take education loan to meet the expense of your B.Tech course. Since your getting tution fee waiver, so your loan amount will not cover the tution fees of your B.Tech course. However, you can take education loan to meet other expenses like other institutional charges, hostel and mess charges, books cost, training cost, etc. There is no problem with the fee waiver in getting education loan to meet the additional study expense of your B.Tech course.
