Admission to the B.Tech course is through JEE(Mains), EAMCET or through V-SAT.  Admission to BBM+MBA course is through V-MAT.

Admission to the B.Tech courses is through V-SAT. The university also accepts EAMCET and JEE(Mains) score. The admission forms for the B.Tech course is currently available till 10th April 2014. The test will be conducted online from 23rd April 2014 to 27th April 2014. The application forms are available in post office, selected branches of Axis Bank and all the offices of Vignan. Candidates also have an option of sending a DD of Rs. 800/- to the university. The application forms are also available online. Candidates who secure the top 100 rank in V-SAT are eligible for 100% fee waiver. Candidates who secure 101-300 rank are eligible for 50% waiver and 301-500 rank holders are eligible for 25% waiver in fees.

For admission to the M.Tech course candidates must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in B.Tech. M.Sc students too can apply for the course. The candidates will also need to submit their GATE or PGCET score. Candidates can purchase the application form by sending a DD of Rs. 800/- in favour of the university payable at Guntur.
