Sir, I have completed my 12th in Private mode. Now I want to study MBBS as I am preparing for various MBBS entrance exams. But my question is, can I apply for an education loan? Please reply as soon as possible.

Yes, you can apply for an education loan to study M.B.B.S course provided you secured the admission in a college recognized by the Medical Council of India. You should have secured admission to the M.B.B.S course through an entrance examination (NEET UG) for availing an education loan to study the M.B.B.S course. You have to provide the necessary documents, margin and security based on the education loan amount for availing an education loan to study the M.B.B.S course. There are various nationalized and private banks offering the education loan.

If you have completed class 12th from a recognised board with PCB stream and 50% minimum marks then surely you can apply for the education loan after confirming admission at a recognized medical College for MBBS course. Just make sure you have secured admission through entrance exam before approaching any bank.

Private education is valid if done from a recognised education board or an open schooling board. Just make sure you have studied the right stream in class 12th according to your choice of course.
