Yes you can, but banks may be unwilling since it is not a common professional course like engineering or medicine. You can get education loan to any educational courses of purpose. But it is easier for professional courses. Also the fees for such courses are less in comparison with professional courses. So it is better not to take loans. Since you already have government job you could separate or save a part of your income for education purpose. Since you are not resigning the job you could earn while learn.

No, one cannot avail educational loan to pursue LLB through distance mode of education.

The educational loan is offered for valid and recognized professional and technical courses which are approved by the government of India.

Yes you are eligible for a Bank Educational Loan.
Banks give Educational Loan for both Regular and Distance Courses.
You need to apply for the Loan to a Bank of your choice.
You must provide the Letter of Admission that will be provided to you by your University as a Document for the Bank for your Educational Loan.
You must also show a guarantor for the Loan that will be taken.
You must also show the Income tax return that is filed by the guarantor
Once you do this your Loan will be sanctioned by the Bank where you are applying for the Loan.
