Can Physcially handicapped person avail scholarship for starting their discontinued studies?
I have completed my b.tech 1st year in 2010. After that i discontinued my studies due to financial problem. Now i want to continue my studies. Can i avail any scholarship for continuing my studies being a Physically handicapped person?
