Documents required to apply for the Fair and Lovely Foundation Scholarship 2019 are given below:

ID Proof (PAN Card, Voter ID, Driver’s License, Aadhar Card, etc.

Recent passport size photograph

Age Proof

Class 10th and 12th mark sheets

Family income Proof (valid documents approved by the Government – Income Certificate, IT returns, BPL Card)

Latest Graduation mark sheet

College fee receipt

Admission Letter

Id proof (PAN Card/Voter Identity Card/ Driving License/Aadhar Card/Class 10th marks sheet with Photo),

Class 10th, 12th marks sheet,
