Documents required to apply for Pre Matric Scholarship for OBC Students Uttar Pradesh 2019:

1. A Copy of electricity bill, connection and gas bill, ration card, voter ID,
2. A Copy of Aadhar card, pan card or driving license
3. A Copy of religion certificate
4. Income certificate
5. Academic certificates of the previous qualifying examination,
6. Current year fee receipt
7. Birth Certificate
8. College/Institute ID Proof
9. Bank passbook etc.
