Hello Sir, I came to know that ICGEB Short Term PhD Fellowship 2020 is published. I want to apply for this scholarship program. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying for this fellowship. Please let me know immediately.

Eligibility to apply for ICGEB Short Term PhD Fellowship 2020:-

Required language - English
Eligible countries - all world country
Applicants must be nationals of an ICGEB member state and may not apply for fellowship to be undertaken in their country of origin, unless working abroad at the time of application.
Applicants should hold a recent PhD in life science or have at least three years research experience.
Candidates must have a good working knowledge of the English language, supported by a proficiency certificate, certificate, Cambridge certification or equivalent. Not required when Scholastic education has been undertaken in English.
