Actually I want to write a letter to the bank manager for education loan..but don't know the format etc and what to write can someone tell me?

Writing a letter to Bank Manager is easy and can be done by keeping few things in mind. It should be written in a professional way. Include all required things in the letter, so that Bank Manager can have a look at them and let him/her decide.

Follow these steps:

• Include, “To” address on the top left corner. It includes,
1. Date
2. Manager Name
3. Bank name
4. Branch Address
• Subject section should have the single line which says what the letter is for.

• Body should explain in detail the purpose of the letter. It includes,

1. Reason for applying the education loan
2. List down the documents you are enclosing
3. University you have applied before
4. Your score (if necessary).
5. Your Account name and account number

• Saying Thankyou lines
• From address on the bottom right corner. It includes,

1. Your name
2. Your address
