What are the tangible collateral securities I can show to Union Bank of India so that they will sanction an Education Loan? Please let me know about such securities. Thank you!

To get an Education loan of above Rs. 7.5 lakhs from Union Bank of India, you have to provide tangible collateral security of minimum value equivalent to bank loan amount which is acceptable to bank.

The tangible collateral security can be your house/ flat property documents, etc.,. if you have own house/ flat then, you can use your house/ flat documents to avail an education loan from Union Bank of India.

The tangible collateral securities that you can show to Union Bank of India for sanction of Education loan are house or land property documents. The tangible collateral security documents are required only for education loan amount above Rs. 7.5 lakhs. The tangible collateral security documents value should be equal to bank loan amount acceptable to bank. So, you can use your house or land property documents as tangible collateral security for sanction of education loan.
