What is the procedure of getting scholarship reimbursement?

To avail fee reimbursement the candidate has to meet the following criteria:

* The candidate must belong to Back ward class (BC) or minority candidate (SC/ ST).

* Candidate's parental income should not exceed Rs.2 lacs per annum in case of SC/ ST students and for BC, EBC students the parental income should not exceed Rs. 1 lac per annnum.

After meeting the eligibility criteria the candidate can proceed with following steps.

* At first candidate has register at http://telanganaepass.cgg.gov.in/ for student registration.

* Obtain the income certificate.

* Scan the following documents which are

1. Allotment order of the college
2. Previous year mark sheet
3. Passport sized photographs
4. Address and ID proof

* Apply for a bank account and mention the bank account number in the application form.

After submitting all the documents submit the online application. If you meet and eligible for fee reimbursement then you scholarship is sanctioned.

It purely depends on the organization from which you are getting scholarship. Usually the procedure followed is - you need to fill the scholarship form and submit it before the stipulated date with requisite proofs; the scholarship providers shortlists the students for scholarship, contacts its bank and disburses scholarship amount to the concerned students.
