What is there procedure for transfer of college as well as loan from one to another?
I am doing my 1st year BE ,i have applied for loan for my 2nd year BE and it has been sanctioned i have given the fee infrastructure of my college but now my college is going to closed and they are placing students in other colleges now what is the procedure.
