In any college generally if a student wishes to leave the college in the midst of the college you need to pay the fee for the entire course to get back the certificates you have submitted unless there is a strong reason. Under certain circumstances you can shift to some other college if someone else is ready to
come for the seat which you are willing to leave.This has to be done as per the
mutual agreement of both of you.
Further if the college is a deemed one it can impose some certain rules to make this happen.So i think it's better to meet someone in the administrative
department of your college to know the actual procedure and formalities to be
completed.

i am currently pursuing 2nd year BE(Civil Engineering) in affliated anna university college. Due to my personal reasons I want to get transfer to another anna university affliated college. But the management is demanding me to pay the fee for the 3rd & 4th year also stating an agreement which I have signed during my appoinment. This agreement states that the student have to continue in this organization for next two years, it not she has to pay the full fees.
