Whether Andhra Bank will discontinued loan of a candidate who met with an accident?

No, there isn't any such rule that of you have met with an accident the bank will stop your education loan. If you have taken the education loan then either your or the guarantor has to pay back with interest.

In case you are not able to continue your studies due to an accident then you must contact the bank and explain your situation. Whatever amount have used till now will need to be paid back to the bank with interest.
