Is the United World Study Centre ( it claims it is affiliated with Punjab Technical University) is really affiliated with PTU or it just claims.
State Bank of India recently refused to give a education loan for admission or doing MBA their, why so?

If SBI has rejected your application, then there should be some reason behind it. If it is not mentioned, then you should try to find of the reason. Banks usually don't provide education loan for distance mode courses.

Also, to have more chance of getting the education loan, you should try to get admission at top tier colleges. Loans can also get rejected due to some other reasons too.
