I think you need to give more details, technical is quite a broader area of focus. Engineering, BCA, Bsc Eleconics. If you want it on hardware and more technical side, then you can go for hardware diploma courses in polytechnics and so on. So unless you give more details on which technical like you want to focus, it is difficult to given an accurate answer.

after 12th you have many option in technical field like B.Tech,BCA,B.Sc (cs) ,B.arch. so there are many choice and in which field you have interest you can select and make you career . these are professional course.

is law in taxation is a good option

Friend, if you want to join technical line after 12th then i advise you to do engineering. It is best for you and after this you get a good job in a big company. Electronics, mechanical, computer science is the best branch in engineering.

you can go for these courses, if you are belong to the science
stream. But you have to give entrance exams like AIEEE etc.

Best courses in technical line after 12th are computer science and engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechnical Engineering, Electronics and Communication, and Civil Engineering. The last four of them are also evergreen branches. If you want to do further studies and want to be an IES then you can opt for one of them. All of these branches have best scopes in technical line as of now.

my friend by best courses do u mean high pay packages or those field which have potential for growth. see as for technical line there is core branches like mech.,elect.,civil,chemical etc which have job oppurtunities since the last 50-60 yrs. then there are applied and evolving courses like computers,it,elec. and telecom,instrument.,etc. which have recently started recruitment in large no.s but are still evolving. so choose a course based on your aptitude,inclination and taste.

There are plenty of things that you can do after 12th with Science.


In case you cant figure out what you want to do specifically, there are some universities in India that offer common courses for the first year of Under Graduate education which have subjects beyond PCM. That way, you are exposed to all other fields. After this first year of common courses, you may choose subjects to Major and Minor in.

Many of the candidates will have big confusion of choosing the course in the next higher levels after completion of 12th class.

They will simply join the course which is recommended by others and dig not get interest after joining the course which will leads candidates loosing valuable job opportunities.

In your case, you have decided that you want to make entry into technical line which is a good thing.

If you are interested to join Engineering, then try to opt for the following specializations in Engineering course

Information Technology
Computer Science Engineering
Electronics and Communications Engineering

You will be taught technical studies in these specializations.

If you want to join 3 year Graduation level courses, then the following will be good for you.
B.Sc Maths Physics Computers
B.Sc Maths Electronics Computers

You can also opt for BCA course (Bachelor of Computer Applications) at your Graduation level.

After completion of B.Sc, I suggest you to join MCA course at your Post Graduation level by cracking the respective Entrance Exam.
