First of all there is no such provision in which you can change your date of birth in class 10th certificate. If you want to change your date of birth then you must have taken care firstly while filling up the form for 10th board exam.

If you think there is a minor error at the boards end then you have to contact the respective state board and request the same but if you have done the mistake then this can not be changed as it is finalized for good.

Sorry, it is not possible to change your DOB in 10th certificate after passing the exam in 2000. It is only possible if you again join 10th course from any school or college.

Simple answer to this question is 'No'.
You cannot change date of birth in 10th certificate once your certificate has been printed.
