No you cannot go directly to B.tech 3rd year after b.sc....there is nothing like that.
but u can do correspondent i.e while pursuing b.sc you can pursue Engineering from private institutes and there is only one way to go engineering 2nd year that is after diploma....so think about for a while before moving forward........

Yes, You can get admission in engineering after BSc in AICTE approved colleges,this is a lateral entry scheme for BSc passed candidates.

You can do engineering but not in all colleges,if you want to do engineering after BSc.

Whether you want to do engineering after BSc or your 12th just depends on the entrance you should clear.That is you should clear entrance that is taken by students after 12th
To do engineering after B.Sc what counts is your eligibility(age,12th marks,caste etc.,)

You can take IIT entrance only if you have 80% in 12th and also you can take only for two years after 12th.(so after B.Sc you cant do engineering in IITs)

AIEEE and entrance exams conducted by various state Governments don't have such issues.But some institutes have setup their age criteria for joining.You must satisfy those.

So you can go for engineering through AIEEE or entrances by State Governments.

you can get admission only in private engineering colleges through their individual entrance test or donation. however you cant sit in the exams like-IIT-JEE OR AIEEE. so you cant take admission through these.

you can take up engineering after your Bsc...but its really a waste of time....if at all you want a free seat then you have to take up CET exam then join engineering...otherwise you can get a seat through management seat.i would suggest you to take up Msc or any other course of your choice other than engineering ..

You have not the sufficient marks to apply for engineering...
Minimum 50% marks required for that...

Yes lateral entry exams are held for eng. after bsc. but you should be concerned about the age limit.

Yes surely you can get admission in engineering after completing your bsc.But for this you have to give the entrance exam and you can pursue you B.tech studies in any of the AICTE approved college depending on your secured rank in the competitive exam.

Few years ago it is not possible.

But now a days it is possible, you can get admission in engineering after B.Sc. with first division marks.

you can get admission in engineering after B.Sc. directly as a transfer course.

In transfer course you can get admission in 2nd year.

Yes you will eligible for B.tech after Bsc by lateral entry. But after your bsc you cannot be eligible for some entrance exams like aieee, wbjee, iitjee, etc. you can get admission in some private colleges where you have to give some high donation.
But by my sense you first complete your bsc then take a chance in b.tech or prepare for some civil service exams.

I have completed hsc in SciIT subjects including physics, maths, IT. I am pursuing BScIT, have appeared for 5th sem exam. I have completed all my sems with a 1st class and I am expecting 1st class in my 5th and 6th sems also. I am planning to do BE (IT) from saboo siddiq college which is AICTE aproved college. I would like to know whether with BScIT BE.IT degrees qualification values will increase or will be just waste of time.

No there is no such admission anywhere.
So do not have any wrong notions in your mind.
Its possible for people who complete there diploma.And then they opt for lateral entry .
But there is no such way available after B.Sc.
After B.Sc you can complete your M.Sc which will make you equivalent to B.E.

there is low probability to get chance to do BTECH after bsc with low marks.

although you have to appear in the JELET exam to get chance in the btech after bsc.

although if you can secure good marks in bsc then you can easily get admission in the btech.

You have to do M.sc then you can give graduate aptitude test in engineering (GATE). Then you can take admission in ME or M.Tech.
