Eligibility criteria for PSU exam:
Submission of the Application Forms for Appearing in the UGC-NET BE/B.Tech Degree required. Minimum cut-off % of B.Tech varies for different PSUs Some PSUs allow only present final year students & last two consecutive years. Selection Procedure The usual selection procedure followed by maximum no. of PSUs:- I: Written Examination (Generally on Sunday) II: Interview & GD III: Medical Examination Final-year students must present their at the time of interview. |

There are a plenty of private jobs for a computer science engineer but if you want to go in government job then you have to qualify the exams of various public sector companies like ISRO, NTPC etc.
There are less no. of seats in these companies for CS engineer but you can try or you can go for bank exams or you can study further. |

Eligibility for PSU:
You need to pass graduation.(B.E,B.tech,or any degree). For final-year students, the final result of 8th semester and mark-sheets must be presented at the time of interview. Minimum cut off percentage is 60% for general category and for reserved category it is 50%. PSU allow only final years and last two year passouts for attending the written test. You can apply for PSU exam if youa finish your degree in these fields . > Electronics > Radio > Computer > Electrical > Information Technology List of companies : * NTPC * HPCL * BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited) * DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization) * BSNL- JTO (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd) * JTO (Telecom) |
