There are so many languages like C,C++,Java,VB,VB.Net,ASP.Net,C# etc.
you can choose any language to make your final year project.

It fully depend upon you which type of project you want to do.

But if you want to make a web based project then Java or ASP.Net will be suitable for you.

& for your database you can use MS Access a well as Oracle (8i,9i,10g,11g).

& i want to inform you that now a days the language ASP.Net & C# is being very frequently used in IT companies, so it is more demanded than other languages.

Choice is yours .

better you can choose hospital, lab, clinic, hotel or college management systems. these are very good and useful for bca degree ... can choose any one from these according to your knowledge!
