hi dear,
as this is not right place to pose question but

anyways the RRB exams(Railway Recruitment Board ) exams are which is conducted by central govt and

the elgibility for it is 12th any degree and also post grads

and yes you can write rrb exams

and the before the exam the govt will release notification

in that all the details of vacant positions in railways and you can definitely get all the information required
