I had completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management (AICTE approved) in 2010, my campus placement was not good due to Internal Politice in Placement Cell of College. Anyhow me manage to get the job, but the package is very.
I had completed my PG Diploma in Hospital Administration and also Completed my Certificate course in Medical Tourism in 2011, than also me unable to get good and reputed job... me really dnt know what to do .....please suggest me should i go for further education course or what ????

I would suggest you to go for human resourse.
As a personal experience the work load is more and the pressure is less
girls can manage their house hold along with their job.
The research surveys says that girls go for hr more compare to other management specialisation.
