Detailed information (of 8-10 pages) for it has been released in employment news dated-02.01.2010.

Last date for reciept off application is 01.02.2010.

date of notification of the civil services(prelims.): 02.01.2010
last date of reciept of the application forms: 01.02.2010
date of prelims. exam: 23.05.2010
date of mains exam: 29.10.2010

go at the nearest grand post office.u can gat form at the cost rs 35 and fill it with a stamp.send it to upsc delhi...
