I need details of IAS Exam 2010 when is the Exam and getting the forms and submission and its procdure ?

2010 exam dates not yet confirmed....

dates for civil services exam(IAS exam):
release of notification:december 1st week, 2009
last date of submission of application form: January 1st week, 2010
date of examination: may 3rd week, 2010

UPSC forms are available in various designated post offices throughout the country.

Prelims are going to be around may 3rd week.I hope you are well prepared for the prelims and mains.Even iam one among them.

you see the newspaper such as the hindu and search in emploment newspaper u definitely got the aplication format in january second weak

AS exam form: can be collected from the post office in various cities. Purchase Employment News Paper.
Online you can get details from website upsc.gov.in

IAS exam: Preliminary exam is normally held in May.

To give preliminary exam you should study for at least 1 year.

Choose proper subjects.
These are the dates of UPSC exam 2009:

Civil Service (Preliminary) IAS Examination, 2010.
There are also different subjects which you have to choose list is:
mathematics
English
philosphy
psycology
geology
geography
sociology
electronic science
and many more.
Still dates are not conformed but you can go to your career councilors ask them .In delhi and other areas of country RAUS classes for ias preparation you can go there and ask for forms and they help you too much and you easily get and fill the forms.

dates for 2009 is already passed away.
you have to wait for 2010 notification for IAS exams.

you can get ias exam forms from any post office..
You can also see the "rojgar nirmaan" to get full detail.

But there is no notification or any information about the 2010 Prelims

priliminary test will be held on 23rd may, 2010, you can visit upsc.gov.in for further query.

Well for becoming an IAS officer you have to crack civil service examination.

Upsc conducts civil service examination every year,first you have to crack civil service prelims exam,then civil service main exam,then GD nand PI after cracking all that you have to crack physical fitness test.

Only the candidates who remains at the top positions in all of them are selected for IAS.

Notification for it has been released in employment news dateed-26.12.2009-01.02.2010.

Application forms are available in all head post office and gpo's across the India.

Keep checking UPSC website, in that website there is a option "Registration Data" in that you can know about your application by putting your application form number. You can know this may be in next month.

date of notification of the civil services(prelims.)--02.01.2010
last date of reciept of the application forms---01.02.2010
date of prelims. exam--23.05.2010
date of mains exam---29.10.2010

the notification has already appeared in the employement newspapers dated 02.01.2010,so refer that for more
information regarding availibilty of forms,places and number of seats.

you will have to send the application form to:

all applications must reach the
"Secretary, Union Public Service Commission,
Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road,
New Delhi - 110069"

either by hand or by Post/Speed Post or by Courier, on or before the 1st February, 2010.
