Re: Eligibility and options for Pilot training after 12th standard?
HELLO Friend,,
As you finish your 10+2, you can get into an Air Flying school to do the Pilot Training Course. The main qualification required is you should have done your +2. In addition, you should have taken the Science group with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. The candidate must have a 50% marks for applying this particular course. There is an Entrance exam for getting into the Pilot Coaching Institute. Fitness tests will also be there. Therefore, you should pass the physical test also. If you are focusing on IAF, you need to attend the NDA exam. For additional details, you can search for the official websites of Indian Air Force. Best Wishes from me….. |

Re: Eligibility and options for Pilot training after 12th standard?
Hello,
As i mentioned earlier, the basic requirement to become a pilot is to just pass class 12th with physics and maths as basic subjects. If 40% is passing then you can still be a pilot with 40% marks in 12th. There is no such minimum requirement of 50% or 60% in civil aviation as of now. A college might have their own minimum requirement but for those who has less than 50% marks in 12th can still become a pilot by choosing any other flight training school. Those who are still confused can get in touch with me at [email protected] for further clarification. Goodluck. |
