Re: Eligibility and options for Pilot training after 12th standard?
The minimum qualification required for pilot training is a pass in 12th standard with an aggregate of 50% in Physics and Maths subjects. Aspirants above 17 years can apply for the training program. There are many aviation centres offering pilot training programs across India and abroad. You can choose among the best ones for doing the program. More details regarding the training program will be specified in the official website of the Aviation centre you are planning to study.

Re: Eligibility and options for Pilot training after 12th standard?
Dear Friend,
The basic education qualification to become an airline pilot is to clear 10+2 (Senior Secondary School) with a pass in Physics and Maths. So 12th is mandatory. To get into a commercial pilot's you have to get commercial pilot's license, which typically takes 1-2 years of training. After getting a commercial pilot's license, a job with an airline begins as a trainee co-pilot and after a transition training of 6 to 8 months, one starts flying on line as a co-pilot. It requires a basic aptitude (does not mean to be good in mathematics and science, but it does require one to have reasonably basic numerical abilities) apart from good reasoning and communication skills. Many of the people are uncertain about the procedure to become an pilot. One have to follow in depth, 1. Pass a medical to ensure you meet the medical requirements. 2. Undertake a training course to obtain a Commercial Pilot Licence 3. Obtain employment to build your flying experience. Here is some of the flying schools for training in india Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi, Uttar Pradesh Flying Training Institute, Behala, Calcutta Government Aviation Training Institute, Civil aerodrome, Bhubaneswar Karnal Aviation Club, Kunjpura Road, Karnal, Haryana Government Flying Club, Aerodrome, Lucknow School of Aviation Science and Technology, Delhi Flying Club Ltd, New Delhi State Civil Aviation, UP Govt Flying Training Center Kanpur and Varanasi Rajasthan State Flying School, Sanganer Airport, Jaipur Govt Flying Training School Jakkur Aerodrome, Bangalore Andra Pradesh Flying Club Hydrabad Airport, Hydrabad Assam Flying Club, Guwahati Airport, Guwahati Bihar Flying Institute, Civil Aerodrome, Patna, Bihar All the Best. |
