i want to know the 2 year Correspondance B.ed course is valid by AICTE or valid for govt. job on rajasthan.

sir i am post graduate in English. I want to do B. Ed. but my marks are less than 50% and I belong to general category. What should I do? Suggest me any university through which I can do my B. ED.
