Hi
for b.tech you need to go for entrance which is conducted by
different state,central institutes.

You go through entrance like aieee, iit , other state exam

b.tech course is not admissioned by on the basis of 12th mark...

HI!
You can get admission in B.Tech course..
But I am sorry to say that you not get admission in top college..

For admission in top college you have the entrance exam like:-
> I.I.T-J.E.E

> A.I.E.E.E

> I.S.AT

> D.C.E

> E.M.C.E.T

> I.P-C.E.T
etc

GOOD LUCK!
