hi,
I am sorry to not get admissions in top college after getting less marks in A.I.E.E.E and MH-C.E.T exam.
If you want you can take admissions in any low ranking private college in India.
In my opinion you should try next year so that you may get top college.

You have secured very less marks in your entrance exam so the chances of getting admission in government colleges are Nil,still you can try to get admission in some private medical college
