A candidate seeking admission to the MBBS course at AFMC is required to send his/her
application in the prescribed form (supplied separately with the prospectus).
The application form can also be downloaded from website www.afmc.nic.in. Such forms duly completed will also be acceptable along with demand draft for an amount of Rs 250/-(Rs two hundred and fifty only) drawn in favour of “Commandant, AFMC” payable to Pune. The Demand Draft must bear the Code Number of issuing Bank.

Last date for receipt of completed application form in AFMC is 05 Feb 2010.
