No, candidates can't apply for TET after BSc.
Candidates with more than 50% in graduation from any recognised university can apply for TET exam.
Those who have completed BEd with required percentage are eligible.
B.Ed admission .
Thus after BSc you can do B.Ed and then you will become eligible for TET.
There is no age limit for TET exam.

Other than B.Sc qualification, you need to pursue B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognised institutions.

So, you are not eligible to appear for the examination without B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.

TET is Teacher Eligibility Test. The examination is conducted for recruitment as teacher in government schools.

The minimum eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed minimum 12th or equivalent along with D.El.Ed qualification.

So, you have to pursue D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree to become eligible for appearing in TET.
