No. Since youhave completed your diploma in Mechanical Engineering, you cannot appear for lateral entry in the 2nd year of Aeronautical Engineering.

You can only appear for entry in Mechanical Engineering.

I am a student of B.Sc 1st year honours in Physics and have passed H.S with 70% and 60% in PCM ,am I eligible for Aeronautical engineering & if eligible then which exam i have to attend ?
