i am sorry to tell you that you can not get any govt college with this rank, because your rank is not so good ,so just try for next time you will surely get good rank and get admission into good colleges. so best of luck.

Yes, since you are in ST category and there are reservation for ST candidate so you can get admission in government college . like in ajmer bikaner , jhalavar ...
