Age range upper limit for 1st standard admission in any schools of Bangalore
My son born on 29-3-2014. Due to medical situation we had put him 1 year late to school. Now he is in nursery. By the time he reaches 1st Std he will be 7.3 years by June that year. I was told that upper limit in age is 7 years. School won't admit more than that. Kindly advise and provide information.

For states like Karnataka and Goa , the age limit for admission in 1st standard is 5 years and 10 months.
Thus for admission in class 1, six years is the minimum age and 8 years is the maximum age. |
