Is AICTE unapproved Polytechnic Diploma Certificate from USA valid for government jobs in India?
Sir, is a 2 years Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science from unapproved (AICTE) college is valid for government job? The college was not affiliated with state board of technical education but affiliated with Wyoming Community Commission, USA. Is this certificate authentic and valid in legal parlance for government jobs in India?

Sir, Is Aicte unapproved polytechnicdiploma valid for govt. job in Haryana . Is this certificate issued from unapproved college is genuine or fake.
