First of all hello sir/maam. I am lokesh and i studying in (sant baba bhag singh university, jalandhar). And my university cannot have any approval of ICAR. So i want to know that my degree is valid for giving the government test in future or not? So please help me in this matter. I am very thank full to you for this act.

As per the guidelines cite by the government for any examination is that " a person should have a degree from a recognised university". As far as your case is concerned you should check whether your university has approval from UGC (University Grant Commission) if it there then only you can give different government examination. ICAR approval is secondary thing, foremost is UGC.
