I am in 11th standard. i want to give aiims exam and want to get selected in it with good rank.i cum in general category. please guide me and tell me=

you are suppose to give one of the prstigious exam of india.so working hard but intelligiently is the first tip from my side.both 11 and 12 std syallbus of cbse board is asked in aiims.it is objective type of exam.there is negative marking for each incorrect answer.do biology well.because it is taken as leading subject
for example:-if 2 students score same marks ,then thier biology marks are seen and who score more in biology will be given first prefernce.
any students from any state can give aiims.but you should get 50% in your pcb and english subject to be eligible for the admission.
first prepare your basics from ncert books and then solve mcqs from higher books.

it is note that to you are studying in 11th class but this exam only for 12th students passed out or apearing in this field. Then you can passed 11th and go 12th standard then complete information given for aiims exam

3,7) AIIMS is not a child's play more then 3 lacs students appear for it only for 350 seats for various mbbs courses.That means the student : seat ratio is near about 460 :1.So you need complete guidence and well preparation so I will advice you to join any good coaching for it from now.

you should start studying hard right from 11th class,try giving equal emphasis on bootany and geology.

the aiims exam is one of the toughest in India,
eligibility : you should pass 12th with 60% in English,chemistry,physics and biology
age should be 17 years.

1-55%marks as aggregate in PCB is the minimum eligibility
2-search on google for complete syllabus (syllabus includes topics from syllabus of 11th and 12th std)
3-concentate on your theory exams and make short notes and practice as many as mutiple choice questions

aiims is the toughest medical exam in India,
you should be really well prepared to attempt it,
the minimum requirement is 60% in PCB,ENG

and this exam is for 12th class not for 11th class.

Eligibility is to have good percentage in board exam ie 90 above.

this exam is based on three subjects physics ,chemistry and biology.

this is an all india level exam and your rankings also will be all india level you mentioned that you are coming under general category so you have to score more for getting into a good college.

almost all the topics are important . so dont leave any topics from your syllabus ..

Dear friends

Choose your tuition/coaching institute very very wisely. There are some teachers in the market who care only for you. There are others who care only for their pockets. Most coaching institutes are run by industrial and political giants who rob students for really big money and fame.

Furthermore, schoolteachers are no less competent than the coaching ones. The basic fact is that they are restricted by syllabus set by the boards. But they mostly are better to resort to for help than coaching teachers.

there is no maximum age limit.

if you are aspiring to get any seat in good medical college in India then you should study atleast of 12 hrs of study in 24hrs...

On-line Application : A candidate can submit application On-Line through Internet. Visit www.aiimsexams.org read the prospectus, The candidate can pay the application fee through a challan form (downloaded from internet while applying on-line) in any branch of State Bank of India. Transaction Processing Fee (as applicable) will be payable by the applicant to the Bank.
The Candidates are required to bring AIIMS copy of challan form at the time of Entrance Examination on 01.06.2011 alongwith admit card and handover the same to the Invigilator failing which they will not be allowed to enter.

sir i want to ask if anyone is eligible for passing the exam and cleared the aiims entrance exam so after that how much money he/she have to paid for completing the complete M.B.S.S. course of 5years until he/she did not become a M.B.S.S. doctor from aiims?
sir also tell me can I apply for more than one medical college at the same time? So if I don't get admission in aiims because of few marks so can i got admission in any other college?
