Hi, I am pursuing B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering and have little knowledge of C and C++. Would I'll get jobs in IT industries? Which other programming languages would be good to study?

It is good that you have little knowledge on Programming languages like C and C++.

But that would not be enough to get decent IT job. I would suggest you to gain knowledge on any of the below Programming languages
-Java
-.Net
-Hadoop
-Pega
-Devops
-Sharepoint etc.

In addition, also gain knowledge on any of the backend technology like Oracle which includes SQL and PLSQL.

My suggestion would be to learn Java which is evergreen technology and this technology is being used by so many applications.

Also there are so many job opportunities on Java compared to other Technologies especially for Freshers.
