Yes,you are eligible for government college after scoring 12000 in WBJEE.Altough you can get government college yet you will not get good ones.You can get the government college of engineering in-
Bardhman
Berhampur
Kolaghat
Balurghat
You can also get good private colleges like-
Haldia Institute of Technology
Heritage Institute of Technology
Techno India Group Institute of Technology(Rajarhat)

Congratulation ,Your WBJEE rank is 5279 .

You are a student from Bihar so out side of west Bengal candidate have only 15 % seat .

So i think you are not applicable for any govt college .But if you want to get admission in engineering college then you will get private engineering college .

But you have little chance for printing technology in Besu and Jadavpur university .
